At first I was really LOVING this read and then, sexual abuse. I just can’t right now, no I’m not burying my head in the sand, I’m just a survivor of abuse that is at the limit of intake on this subject at the moment. I applaud Danielle for writing it. As a devout Catholic I’m sure it was difficult for her as well. So I skipped and skimmed through all that to finish up the book as we are in a pact to finish and catch up on our piles of Danielle Steel books, my bibliophile friend and I, so I finished it. As for homelessness I much more enjoyed her book A GIFT OF HOPEĀ . This book was an amazing portrait of her many years of volunteering.

Peace.
