Starting June 19 we will be visiting our local bookmobile every Monday throughout the summer! We can hardly wait! We have had so much fun over the years swapping and trading books. IF you have no book you may always take ONE for free, otherwise it is book for book. We usually do 10 for me 5 for my son and if my grand baby is here we do 5 board books for him.
This year we are kicking off the season with lunch at my house for whomever wishes to join us, and then we will all walk down together to get books.
The ladies on the bookmobile make a reading challenge for the kids and give a prize, a certificate of reading and let them write their name on the bus after they have read 10 books.
