I’m reading this book with second and third grade girls. I did not expect this book to be so well written. Sorry American Girl, I know better. American Girl has been publishing amazing books for many years. My daughter who is in her late 20s has loved many of their historical books, as well as anything else they print. Fabulous. I had forgotten what a very good source of literature they produce.
As for the book it has proved to be a very good book about friendship and expectations. I am enjoying the buddy read with thee young ladies. I look forward to my time with them every Thursday morning.
