October 29 is National Cat day this year.
I own just four books about cats. Not including PETE THE CAT. That’s another post for another day on how we got hooked on Mr. Pete. Alas, here are the four. They are all quite lovely.

The Aristocats is one of my favorite Disney movies. I found the book at a used book sale in perfect condition. Fun find.
The book Glamourpuss by Sarah Weeks reminds me of the Aristocats and it has a very french feeling. The Illustrations are just exquisite, fun quick little picture book read.
Serendipity & Me by Judith L. Roth is a story told in lyrical verse about a cat and about grief. Very good book for middle grade.
Puss in boots is an old classic I picked up at our local bookmobile this summer.
