The Chosen was one of my favorite required reading assignments in high school. Although to be honest I loved every book I had to read because, books, reading, ha. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this book has been re-released in such a fun way. I have put it on my Christmas list. On my top ten favorite reads is Chaim’s book The Gift of Asher Lev, which I am also on the hunt for a nice used hardback copy. If you’ve never read this, give it a try. You might find you enjoy it!
