We meet again……..
I had fallen waaaaay behind and had GAPS of unread Danielle Steel. OY. So I curbside libraried EVERY SINGLE ONE I needed to read and BINGED one after the other after the other like people binge Netflix. It was PURE JOY. I am now only TWO BEHIND. (One came out TODAY). It was very zen to sit with the voice that lulls me into calm and stories that were wonderful and reminded me of my grandma or residents at the nursing home I use to work at relay history to me in an exciting form and some stories were like a bunch of 30 year old women gossiping and some read like one of my pen-pal letters. Some I just LOVED, others just nice to spend time with. Danielle is an amazingly talented writer, her research is flawless and the time she takes to get history right down to every single nuance is remarkable. It was a gift to let my mind rest and journey the stories told in book form. I think I am at 188 total READ.
