Midwife Monday on Tuesday !!!
Cherry slab!
1. No eggs so I use applesauce (1/4 c applesauce equals one egg FYI)
2. I didn‘t ground walnuts and add it to the batter due to treenut allergies in my family
3. I used the cherries I had on hand -Maraschino-which according to the cookbook is the American cousin to the British glaće cherries.
4. It‘s delicious!
